Add Tara Foam Drops before shaking. A first shake over ice chills and dilutes the drink; the second shake without ice builds the smooth, stable texture that defines each serve below.

Classic 01 · Made with Tara Foam Drops

Whiskey Sour

Bright, smooth and timeless. Bourbon, fresh lemon and gentle sweetness come together beneath a soft, silky foam.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml bourbon
  • 20 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15 ml simple syrup
  • 2–3 drops Tara Foam Drops

Method

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until thoroughly chilled. Strain out the ice, then dry shake without ice to build a smooth, stable foam. Fine-strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice chunk.

Clover Club

A vibrant gin classic combining fresh lemon and raspberry with an elegant layer of silky foam.

Ingredients

  • 45 ml gin
  • 25 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 20 ml raspberry syrup
  • 2–3 drops Tara Foam Drops

Method

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain out the ice, then dry shake without ice to develop a rich, velvety foam. Fine-strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Classic 03 · Made with Tara Foam Drops

Silver Gin Fizz

A bright and refreshing classic with crisp gin, fresh lemon, sparkling soda and a light, silky foam.

Ingredients

  • 45 ml gin
  • 25 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15 ml simple syrup
  • 2–3 drops Tara Foam Drops
  • 50 ml chilled soda water top up

Method

Add the gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and Tara Foam Drops to a shaker with ice. Shake until thoroughly chilled. Strain out the ice, then dry shake without ice to create a smooth, stable foam.

Fine-strain into a chilled highball glass and slowly top with soda water to lift the foam.
